It's really nice out right now...really sunny...i want to get some color today too...but i am also really tired b/c i went out and drank last night and slept on a gross bed and didn't get much actual sleep...should i go outside or take a nap in my comfy bed?

Why don't you go outside AND take a nap. just be sure to set a timer, you don't want to cook yourself.

With the effects of alcohol still in your body, your mind is still going to be a bit foggy.

With the effects of sleep depravataion, your mind is going to be befuddled.

You may make some bad choices until things are balanced again.

You can take a nap if you must, but I think it'd be better to take it easy, stay awake, and go to bed early--to catch up on your sleep. And don't drive for a while.

Let your mind be clear and rested. You wouldn't want to hurt someone else or yourself. Lack of sleep can be a dangerous thing & when mixed with alcohol, you have two strikes against you.

Go outside and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, but cover up with sun-block, wear a large hat. The "color" you get now, will damage cells, and years later you'll have to have skin cancers removed. What do you want: color now, or scars in the years to come?

Just take it easy, do normal things, don't drive, get to bed early, and wake up in the morning feeling much better.

How about both, get a tan and have a sleep, but take an alarm clock so to wake you up in 45 minutes to turn over!!

By the way, before you go to sleep drink a pint of water, that will help with the hangover the next morning and if the bed is uncomfy, kick out the other persons out so you can get the bed to yourself (lol)

Don't yo have a lounge chair you could sleep in outside. Or a big comforter to lay on the ground. It's like being down the shore only at home. Sleep outside! It'll make you feel better....drink some Gatorade or water with lemon.

Take a nap outside in the sun, but you need to have a timer or alarm so you dont get burnt. Also use the alarm to wake you up to turn.

Drink plenty of gatorade or powerade and take a nap. The sun will only dehydrate you more after drinking all of that alcohol.

i say take a nap then go outside. cuz i wouldn't want to fall asleep outside. someone could take you, and one side of you would be darker than the other.
