is there also something to do with your vehicle when your glass is fogging? eventhough the cool settings is low?

Yes it's true. The humidity in the air condenses into water droplets which fog the windows. When humidity is high, fogging is much more than in drier conditions.

Humidity is determined by the amount of moisture in the air. The stickier the air feels (and your hair might get frizzy too) the more humid is is. It is not hard to mistake.

If it is hot outside and cold in your car (or vice versa) you windows will fog. Humidity will aid this. Its just condensation.

The air will feel hot, steamy, and muggy. Heat index would often be higer.

Go jogging and if you get sweaty quick, it's humid.
