After FDR was king, uh President for so long, the Constitution was changed, thank goodness.

So technically speaking, no, Bush has to leave at the end of this term.

FDR was president before term limitations were put on the job. It is now limited to two terms, plus any time the president may have spent completing the term of his predecessor.

No, after FDR the constitution was amended to allow only 2 terms as president.

Ya know, I don't mind answering questions, but try to do a bit of research into things before you just type.
