About transporting rain water out to in space base?

Just a theory if its a raining day the nasa base can sug water from the cloud then in to the nasa base?
It can achive alot by building dead planet to come alive like mars by use of earth water?

Theory if you had duild a flying baloon insted you are to put water rain from eart?
Water can be in many perpose so just open your idea how?

Theory If it realy cold in space in some area then it can freeze the water and send to mars

Maybe the best way of heaving the from same planet may give the same quality of food just a theory?

In a million years ago it could had been non stop rain and yet we dont have tecnology at that time million years is quite a long time ago?
Think how far could human had achive if we had it already this tecnology million years ago?

I was saying if the water had come from earth would it give the same quality of life just like earth?

If the earth water was frozen and fall to mars i know it will speed some climate like earth cloud faster than machine

i have send some theory of a machine that that are to drill some km. down to the ground and have a freezer machine that will do the freezing to the ground by use of solar-panel or even wind? the system is like a tree the root is what you have drill and the leaves are the solar-panel or wind meel?

Once i ask some of my friend the tornado are silent in the middle the tornado just like the sun we have in the middle what if there are biger than this like a worm-hole and it is spinning forever without end, can in the middle of this worm hole lives a God because no meteor can go trough some spinning rock or even other dead planet like mars?
I know it must need a ground floor so it create a safe zone just what if there some out there that dont need a ground to make a safe zone.

I have listen to other theory that you have a machine that clean austronot own urin even you clean it then soon the quality of the urin that turn to drinking water again will create sickness or what if one austronot get very sick i know soon you are to trow away the water that are not contaminated by sickness and that is minus water for the austronot and even it has become perfect by use of this filter for cleaning particle in a urin?
What happened if you no longer have the filer then let us say you have it you cannot say you have wash it then you will be using water every time a person uses water it will dry out slowly or even faster the water we drink, will dry out inside in a human body think like a car
the gass it use what happened to it where simply turn to nothing no more liquid gass?

Wrong water weigh is to high. The plan is to find it on Mars . Look at the pictures at one time there was water there. Many river beds and great canyons.

Water weighs quite a bit. What magical propulsion system you got in mind to get massive amounts of water from the Earth to any other planet?

And what happens when you take large amounts of water to "somewhere out there"? Does the Earth just magically cough up some more to replace it?

Have you read anything, anything about the recent findings on Mars? There used to be water at the surface, but it's gone now. What little remains is frozen beneath the surface. Now, why would you want to "re-invigorate" the Martian surface with Earth's water when Mars can't even sustain it?

I guess this is your solution to the ice-melt from global warming. You need to get intellectually involved before asking a question about stealing vast quantities of a natural resource from Earth to try to make someplace else habitable.

Water is very heavy. Sending heavy stuff in space is very expensive.

Just creating a small lake requires lots of water. To create a workable ecosystem around the lake requires a lot more water.

To turn an entire planet around (for example, Mars) requires an ocean's worth of water. Whether this water comes from rain or not changes nothing.

It would be easier to find a way to create water on the planet itself. For that, you need hydrogen and oxygen. Lots of oxygen on Mars (locked in rust and other oxides in the crust).

Problem is getting hydrogen -- the most common stuff in the universe, yet probably less abundant on Mars. At least, it is a bit easier to carry hydrogen than water.
