I was wondering if there are some settings that should definitely be enabled, to get better performance out of my system. Or, if no one is familiar with this chipset, then if someone could suggest a guide, I'd be appreciative. Thanks!

If you are building your own system then you should be relatively used to computers.

Look through the manual, as well as the bios options

Some of those are obvious weather you need them or not:

Anything that sounds like it wll increase speed but is just a choice of enable/disable can be turned on.

Anything that sounds like it dosent apply like AGP or floppy drives can be safely disabled

As far as overclocking, then most mobo's have profiles, stick with one of those to begin with. Your manufacturer will give you some that it knows should be safe to use, from extensive testing.

If you want to overclock a lot, then read as much as you can, so you get to know the pitfalls, and ways ahead, as well as what altering a given setting really does.

Look at your system cooling (particularly CPU)

Then just go a little at a time. Eventually you will reach a point where the system becomes unstable, or will not boot at all, then just back off untill you have a quick system that is stable.

I have no idea about the specifics of the board, but seeing as you've just bought it, I'd register it on their website,. and use their forums,.. they're usually a hotbed of information, and people who know what to do if the information isn't already there,.. good luck. Link below. :)
