I would add to Keenie's answer a high intake of fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Seven to nine servings of fruits and veggies are recommended for optimum health and can dramatically increase your body's pH.

You might try eating more alkaline foods such as fruits or vegetables. You can do an internet search under "alkaline-acid" foods. Also try taking 1-2 teaspoons of baking soda in 8 oz of water once a day. I do the same to try to keep my pH above 7. Baking soda is alkalyzing.

Drink a half of lemon to a glass of water first thing each morning upon rising. And lay off some of those sugars and carbs
