Don't harass. That would violate your school's code of conduct. But you can still make enemies with your professor in pernicious, evil ways. Here are the first ten I could think of.
1. The day before the exam, ask what you have to study.
2. Send your professor an email explaining that his teaching skill is the reason why you underperformed on your exam.
3. Make it abundantly clear that you have no intention of ever reading your textbook.
4. Make sure your emails are full of IM abbreviations.
5. Ask your professor to help you solve a homework problem 3 minutes before the start of class.
6. For female students, there is always the option of inappropriate clothing. Especially useful for "office hours." Especially effective on female professors, for some reason.
7. Read the paper, chew gum, and surf the internet in the front row of class.
8. Ask questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the subject matter. Be sure to insert the word "like" a few times for extra annoying factor.
9. Come to class late and leave early.
10. Ask for make-up exams, extra credit assignments, and all kinds of other special favors to make up for your lack of study skills and inability to prioritize your life.

No! From their perspective, failing you in their class is the best way. However, the grade still has to reflect the work the student in question put into the class, because the professor has to be able to document the grade.
