what two wires do i have to cross to hotwire a 1978 chevy van (250 straight 6)?

it takes more than 2 you need to find a hot wire (coming from the battery + terminal go to the positive wire on the ignition coil ( in the distributor ) Thain you will Need to hit power to the starter small terminal this will start the van you will need to hot wire the other accessories to get the rest o turn on if the van has locking steering you will need to disable that
if you want to do it under the dash find the ignition switch un plug it and short all the wires together 1 at a time start with the biggest ones when you hit the starter wire leave that one out hook all the rest together now touch the starter wire until it starts Thain away you go
