Even when they are wrong. That is a one time offer at our store because after they make an @ss of themselves we no longer let them in.

Only if they are a good customer that pays their bill and rarely has complaints and if YOU really want to keep them for a customer. Then the customer is always right.

No, but

If a customer is satisfied, many times they will not tell anyone.......however, a dissatisfied customer will tell many people

it does cost more to keep a customer than to get new ones, but if your name is dirt, it becomes much harder.

No....The customer is NOT always right....But, if you work in retail, you're supposed to convince them that they are and let them think that you take the blame for it....

Then, you laugh at them with your coworkers after they leave. lol :D
