what's the best laptop recommended for a student who loves multitasking?

multitasking like downloading,typing,playong games..or watching vids.
I like to have a tablet pc.

just between 1000-1600

Tablet PCs are more expensive than regular laptops, you might have a hard time finding a really fast one in that price range. If you are really serious about gaming, look for a good video card.
