Liberty and justice should start in the heart of the individual before it will manifest to the world. That is philosophy and that is truly why socrates was stoned. For knowing him self and his feelings and thoughts about his world he lived in.
Individual intentions.

Not possible.

In order for someone to get justice, it might involve another person going to jail for attacking them or whatnot. That means that the person in prison is denied his/her liberty.

So liberty and justice for all is not possible. Just look at the thousands of people in prisons. Not that most of them don't deserve to be there, but it immediately disproves the "liberty for all" theory.

No, for every person that gets liberty and justice there is one that didn't, I'd say it's more like liberty and justice for the rich and some for the poor.

I think its possible and requires the condition of a government where the citizens have total access to what government is doing. Examples of this include knowing who our vice president is meeting with, and when congress is attaching amendments to bills to have spending that their name is attached to those amendments so if congressman jack sparrow wants a black pearl built at our expense we know about it,

government exists to protect liberty and justice,

our system of innocent until proven guilty seems to work pretty well, and in an age of DNA with the exception of OJ i think it works decently

Sure, as soon as we get rid of all the self-righteous, judgemental half-wits who think its their way or the highway!

What we need is TOLERANCE!! Its a big wide world full of diversity--when we learn to embrace the differences instead of fearing them, we will be well on the way to liberty & justice for all.
