Ive been married for 11 yrs now, with my ex we broke up under good circumstances. Over the years we talk and see how the other is doing. But sometimes I have that what if feeling. He has a myspace page and out of curiosity I look to see what he looks like. Then all of a sudden the old feelings came back.. So yes I miss my ex, but I love my husband very much and would not dare to do anything to ruin what I have now....

I think when you've had previous serious r'ships, there will always be a sentimental spot you feel for that time in your life. I don't think it's really feeling for THAT PERSON but more so the memories and experiences. I'm happily married. I was in a serious r'ship w/ a guy for 4 years before that. Do I miss him? No way - he slashed my confidence and made me feel horrible all the time. There are practical things I miss, like the fact that he made lots of money so we could afford to have more experiences. But with my husband, I'm soooo much happier and in love because of who he is and how much we love each other - I wouldn't trade that for all the money in the world. I'd much rather be with him on a couch watching t.v . rather than skiing down the slopes in Aspen with the ex bf anyday.

Yes, although I am in a very loving relationship now, I do miss my ex. I'm also well aware that the feeling is NOT reciprocated.

No i do not miss my ex at all.
I guess you tend to love the new guy in a diferent way than the way you loved your ex.
It's not about love being replaceable, it's about falling in love all over again...

no. that's why I am in a happy relationship right now. When you are with someone and happy, you don't have to think about anyone else.

He is an ex for a reason!!!!!! You get divorced for a reason - if you remember the reason - I'm sure you won't miss your ex. I know I sure don't!!

My ex is in a relationship and i miss him, and according to him he misses me every day too. sad it couldnt have been US to get togheter. oh well. as is life...,
