so which laptop is better HCL leaptop or compaq C506.In future if I want to do some modifications then which laptop is better between 2 of them? Basically I want 2 do internet but nt with wire, want 2 play games & watching movies but dont about d future may be requirements will increase.want a laptop in which I can do modifications.DONT RECOMMEND LENOVO,DELL,TOSHIBA,APPLE. MY BUDGET IS RS 30,000.

Perhaps your budget can buy you an Asus A9R. The only modification you can do w/ a laptop is memory upgrade. You can NOT do other things that are so easy to do w/ desktops.

i think the best u can get in that budget is an amd or celeron powered laptop. u can opt for acer or compaq or HCL. it'd be not more than 35 i supos. but let me tel u the cons. for gamin, u need more RAM that's nt available here. u wont get mor than 256 MB RAM. in acer battery is nt that good. i know as many of my friends have acer laptops n they are experiencing the same problem. almost all laptops can be upgraded in future but they cost a lot dude. individual parts r very costly.
