A knighthood, I am sorry he does not fit into the category of a "Middle England" inhabitant. (you know, that place where everyone lives with their heads up their ****).
His allegiance (despite many comments to the contrary) lie with the needy of this country and this sticks in the throats of those "have a lots" who would rather see public money spent on their agendas.
He is a true world class leader and though many slate him, how many previous primeministers would even be considered for the post of running the European union.
Forget looking at why your bottle of expensive wine costs more and why company car tax has been increased. Look instead at the progress of the underprivileged and the pensioners whom under a tory government would have had their social payments stripped.
Look at the interest rates (this is surely a subject close to the hearts of the knockers) never been as low, remember approacging 20% under the tories.
Look at the NHS, 6.4 billion spent under tory rule, 400+ billion under Blair.
I could go on and on, yet it will have little impact on you as all you care to remember is a war that Blair agreed to go in to in an effort to stop Bush from going nuclear against anyone he thought was involved.
So winge and moan at your leisure, this leader was the best thing that has ever happened to the Uk, those who oppose this view are either very ignorant of the facts or are the typical selfish, celf centred, I'll be alright jack voters who want nothing for this country except what lines their own pockets.

Give him the same pension to live on that I receive while I am living on long term invalidity.and before anyone calls me a scrounger I was in constant employment and have paid into the system for over 40yrs.yep I can go back to when it cost 5 bob/shillings/25 pence a gallon of petrol/15pence for a pint beer.a pound to a penny says he could not manage to live on the present day invalidity benefit, yet today thousands of long term sick have to try manage, each year life gets a lot harder to make ends meet. Many thanks Tony & Co.

A slap in the face with a very big fish. If you've ever seen the fish slapping dance from Monty Python you'll know what I mean.

American citizanship (as Bush is the only one in the world who likes him). And a nice big ' hurry up and leave' party at the airport (he can pay, of course - just put it in the expences).

A thank you letter. He swept the vile Tories away in 1997 and has done good for pensioners, young families and children (Sure Start and Family Tax Credit), he found a kind of peace in Northern Ireland and spent real money on Education and the NHS.
Sadly... his legacy is likely to be Iraq and that is one decision that I do not agree with.
