Yes I would, because I'm a damned softie. Besides, women are easier when they are vulnerable and need a shoulder to cry on. (Is that sad?)

I get right into their business by asking...."hey, are you o.k.? " You never know when someone really needs some help, even if it is from a complete stranger. Do I go around looking for people crying on the street? No. But, I am not a cold blooded, un-caring human being. Helping people has some great rewards.

I keep walking....it would be none of my business and if I did get involved who knows what would happen...if they were crying because they were injured or hurt then I would help.

It all depends.
If the person was looking at me .. I probably would go up and ask if they are ok or if there was anything I could do..
If they saw me and turned away.. I would just let them be..

I'd avert my eyes and keep walking...unless they seemed to be in physical distress. To me, emotinal distress is a private thing..I wouldn't cry in public and so I wouldn't know what to say to someone else.

I don't think I'd ask why they were crying, but I probably would offer to help and politely excuse myself if they didn't really want to be bothered.

I'd ask them if they were OK. But I don't really care to know what's wrong.
