..they now say the contractors are going to give the town a certain escrow dollar amount for repairs;without this,we don't close.And he hinted if we don't get the loan,nothing he can do.
Now,I am worried all over again....Should I be worried? After all this jumping through hoops & they would actually STILL say no?:(:(:(:(:(

Yes,I know it's for safety,but is there any guarantee we WILL close? They gave us a closing date but it passed.Why do that,if the loan wasn't approved? They already told us we got the house & it went through,but now I am worried all over again..:(:(:(:(

What in the name of God are you babbling on about?? Please post a COHERENT question with the details logically ordered. Maybe then someone can figure out what you are asking.

Hint: If you don't get the loan, you won't close. No money = no sale. DUH! That's the ONLY thing that made any sense and my brain is to foggy this early on a Saturday morning to figure the rest of your rant out.

Either you're not working with a Realtor, you're not listening, or you're not hearing the answers you want to hear.

The 'stupid' inspections are for ordinarily for safety reasons.
