If you just bent the metal fins on your radiator, don't worry about it. If water is actually leaking, then you do have a problem. Most modern radiators are made from aluminum and plastic, therefore repair is usually not practical. Replacement is the only way to permanently fix the leak. A new radiatior is relatively inexpensive at a discount auto parts supplier (~$200), but it is fairly difficult to replace on a Taurus.

Mark the hole with a felt pen. Remove the radiator & solder. Spray area with soapy water & pressure test.[DO NOT exceed15 PSI]

You didn't say which part of the radiator you damaged. If in the plastic part, only a plastic weld type repair may be performed. If in the metal part, it can be soldered.

If you don't have the equipment or don't feel comfortable soldering it, take it to a radiator shop. They will fix it, test it and guarantee it.
