HD, Lowes or garden supply will have a grub killer like Grubex or others. They are granular and most effective during certain times of the spring and summer. Those times will vary depending on your region, but they are on the package.

Purchase a pesticide that kills Grubs. Grubs are the main food source of moles. No food, no moles.
