the library here doesn't have it and I can't find it in the bookshop in the town where I live,so I think I downloaded it,but I'm not convinced,I got two different copies,can anyone tell me what the first chapter is about?or how it starts?

It is about the muggle Prime Minister, recounting the hard week of disasters that the country has experienced... a freak hurricane, two well-publicized murders, a collapsed bridge that sent many cars into the sea, and an overall sense of unhappiness of the people, along with unnatural chilly and misty weather.
He is visited by Fudge, and Fudge explains how all the disasters and even the weather, were all caused by Voldemort, and how there is all-out war in the wizard world. Fudge had been fired, and a man named Scrimgeaur is the new Minister. Scrimgeaur explains to the Prime Minister about how there is an auror working undercover in the Prime Minister's office, in order to keep the PM safe.
