Not sure exactly where you are going with this. But I will say EVERYONE should vote as its a fundamental right. The ones that scream the loudest on YA, I'm willing to bet that a majority of them don't vote.

It means what it says - RIGHT TO VOTE! It means that when you are gonna choose a candidate/president it is your right to choose who you want.
