Yes, depending on the individual and how bad their labor was. I was made to get up and walk by the nurses as soon as my epidural wore off, both times I gave birth. Actually, the sooner you get out of bed after childbirth, the better.

i replaced into walking around approximately 2 hours after a vaginal beginning yet replaced into sore for some days tho so i walked slower than i normaly do i cant answer for a c area as iv in no way had a million yet i think of its some day or 2 for the ladies who've c sections using stiches and that they sense they are going to burst open wish this facilitates

Well you have to be careful since everything is still stretched out of shape. If you make the wrong move your insides will just drop right out.
