if they burn-out short we may face with shunt alternator with battery and within some seconds when engine is not running we face with complete burn-out of alternator as well as charging connector.

I've never seen a diode do anything but go open.

Most the time the diode trio fails open. The voltage regulator induces a magnetic field in the stator. Alternating current is produced. That current can be as high as 200v AC but is controlled. SO it is the job of the diodes to chop up that sine wave into 15 volt direct current. AC current leakage happens but that big Liquid filled Capacitor Battery soaks up a lot of alternator noise. And yes I have removed Alternators that were to hot to hold on to.

Generally a diode will fail open if it has had excess current, and short if excess voltage. In a car alternator if it fails short, the resulting current will immediately blow it like a fuse
