they are Trojen horse Clicker CAH and Trojen horse Downloader generic SKZ. is there a way my AVG will delete them or is there another program required. Thank you

Check your AVG settings and be sure to allow it to automatically quarantine or delete them.
Usually it will show them and give you the option to delete etc. There shouldn't be any need for anyother program to clean/delete these.
If it simply can't for some reason try an online scanner
http://housecall.trendmicro.com and see if it can clean these.
You may also need to turn SYSTEM RESTORE OFF first.
You do that by "right clicking" My Computer, properties..then the System restore tab. You can TEMPORARILY turn off system restore to assist in cleaning.
