It is a complicated three step process. Take due consideration that you follow them in the exact order as prescribed!
1. Obtain Lemon.
2. Cut Lemon.

If You are asking for medical treatment, my answer is as follows: Wash your face along with your lips, and also your teeth thoroughly . Cut the lemon into small pieces and touch with honey and then apply slowly apply left and right and up and down the lip area .
