Books by a Brazilian man called Paulo Coelho are really inspiring.
Especially "The Pilgrimage" and "The Alchemist".

I read Charlottes Web by ERWhite as a child and was NEVER EVER again scared of spiders. I actually felt sorry for them!

Through my life right up until about 12mths ago I have recommended that book to many many people who expressed a scaredom of spiders.

These were adults as well as children.

Imagine my surprise when suddenly the book is made into a high sales cinema film.

Whoa! Great!

I wish Id written it, and not just recommended it, Id be minted now!!!

The book that really inspired was actually a trilogy. The books are The Lord of the Rings. These three books with the character Frodo show how anyone person can overcome any obstacle in their life if they believe in themselves. It also showed me that if you have good companions and friends they will stand by you through all things.

The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck. The reason why is because it really shows you how much in life we take for granted. How sometimes things that are right under our noses are overlooked, and really just how short life can be. This book was recommended to me by a classmate in high school and I've read it numerous times since, every time I need some reminding not to take my life for granted.
