I would like the tree to be quite developed as I would like my mother to see the tree establish a nice size in her lifetime.
I live in the West Midlands, England. U.K.

Hope you can help!

For bigger trees, you need to go to an Arboretum or Tree Nursery.

Trees being bigger than most garden based plants have specialist places that sell them. You just need to trawl google or yellow pages to find one near you.

Plus a tree specialist will be able to help you with the delivery and planting on a 12 foot tree.

Be aware though that with willow, they are notorious for damaging drains, and foundations on houses with their roots (they require a lot of water, which is why they do well by rivers and lakes). Plus when they take root, they will send out underground runners which will just pop up at random round the tree, and try to start new saplings, which can become inconvenient.
