yes, as a matter of fact, i have two guides.(i guess i need all the help i can get) and i know their names. if you want to ask your spirit guide its name, ask politely then clear your mind of thoughts. a name will appear in your mind and it should be it's name.

Yes I have seen mine several times, the main one is a big black panther named Panther and the other one is a female elf dressed in white. Not always in dreams either.
Yes they are very real, the panther was a kitten of mine who died and came back as Panther (the name of my kitten), the other I am not sure where she came form but she is mine.

I have read a lot about soul travel and leaving the body, have tried it on occasion but lack the concentration for success. I was not ready so did not seek them out.

Whats with all the thumbs down, he looked like a lizard and i accidentaly trod on him, it was an accident.
