Genesis says the Firmament was between the "waters"
below the Firmament, and "waters" ABOVE the Firmament, and the Firmament was called Heaven.

Is there some reason why this wacky stuff is in the Higher Education section? Higher means 'higher than secondary school' not 'higher than a kite'

There is a religion section where this kind of babble will fit in perfectly.

I think the astral plane is where Buddhists say they travel to in "out-of-body" experiences. I seem to recall that it was not a destination for people who had left this world. Although once departed, spirits travelled beyond the astral plane.

Heaven, on the other hand, is a place where good souls go to after a lifetime of religious observence.
