When you feel the time is right but dont rush into anything that your not ready for. I only got my 1st girlfriend when i was 14, a few weeks ago but take your time. And Good Luck!

the very right time for having this kind of relationship is when you have finished your studies..i dunno why am i saying these now that i'm only thirteen..some teens say they're ready for boyfriends but it's not that you're ready..look, you're still at school, it means you have many obligations, responsibilities and school work, you also have to rank top at class..what if you have boyfriend? for sure your time won't be equally managed..

i really think girls should have their first boyfriend when they are in college or when you already finished studying (even better)....because most of us must admit that boys in high school they are just immature...they will just play with girls coz they don't understand what they're doing..they think that it is cool to play with love.....do you get what i mean? its like who gets the most girls is the coolest of all them...but if you will have a boyfriend in high school....just don't take them seriously..don't be fully committed to him
