Not a big deal at all. My family comes from different backgrounds already (my dad is full-blooded Italian, and my mother is full-blooded Puerto Rican) so it really doesn't make a difference to us. We were taught not to look at people's race and skin color, but what's on the inside. My dad had to overcome a lot of obstacles with his family concerning my mom because they always wanted him to marry an italian woman and when they found out he was marrying a hispanic, they didn't talk to him for YEARS. We children were always told not to act like that, and eventually our grandparents realized that the way they were acting was wrong and we've never been happier. Two of my older brothers are married outside of our 'ethnicity' (one married an african american, one married a caucasian) and our family has been very accepting.

None at all. I've dated a wide spectrum of men. Some were sweet, some were jerks. The ethnicity was never the issue.

Issue as in a bad thing? It's no issue at all. If you mean how much do I respect her ethincity and her cultures, we both respect each other and our cultural and ethnic differences enough to learn about each other and our heritage so that we can better understand them and adopt the traditions of both ethnic backgrounds into our life

The ethnicity itself is pretty much not a problem. The thing is that I am pretty much only to guys that are of the Latino or White race. So, any ethnicties within these 2 races are pretty unimportant. Does this make sense?

I wouldn't call it an issue but I do think that a person's ethnicity and background help shape who they are so I am guilty of forming an opinion based partially on their appearance, which includes ethnicity ofcourse.

Call me what you want.

But just to begin with, I don't feel sexually attracted to African, Asian or West Indian people, and if I dated someone of such ethnicities (not that I could find many in this country), I know for a fact that many people would comment on that.

However, there is a proverb in my country that says: "Never say: "I shall never drink from this water'"

None at all.

All three of my wives have been different ethnicities and all my kids are mixed race.

They were/are beautiful souls.

I've never understood judging a persons soul upon the colour of skin or a place of birth.

It wouldn't be an issue so much as something to take into account when making plans.
