No. I spent some time in Finland, where saunas are used by almost everybody, and there were no more bald guys there than anywhere else.

I do not think so. If you sweat a lot and you are hot your hair and beard grows faster. I lived in China in one of the hottest and dampest city where I was dripping from sweat just standing up waiting for the bus, it was like a daily sauna and the men over there had thick hair.

Hair loss can also be caused by depression, anxiety, change in hormones levels an some medical condition.
