How can a woman overcome her being too emotional so as to avoid the fights with her boyfriend?

The woman has to ask herself what she really wants. I am an over emotional person. I express feelings in a very extreme way. And my moods can change with the blink of a hat. One minute I can be laughing hysterically about something and then be crying the next day about the same thing that I thought was funny.
For a long time I didn't see a problem with this it was me it was who I was and how I acted. I didn't need to change it because I liked who I was, I didn't however like the emotional roller coaster that came with a relationship.
After talking with my doctor he prescribed me a medicine that surprisingly helped me not make such a big deal out of little things and I am much happier with myself now that I can control the emotions that stream out of me.

As girls, we can't just turn off the emotional switch. Besides not being emotional enough also leads to fights... don't try to remove the emotion.

Remove whatever it is that's lead her to become upset and therefore 'emotional'. Which in turn removes the fights XD
