St. Simmons Island.. although it is not in Florida technically it belongs to Geogia, but its about 20 miles north of the Florida border and about 2 miles off the coast.. it is the most beautiful place i have ever been.. its a very classy island but also very fun at the same time, there is much to do, the beach feels like a bath tub when u jump in, there is great fishing, crabbing, trees with spanish moss that shade entire streets in the middle of the day, beautiful people.. its really the heart of america, but not a bunch of classless ignorant rednecks, a great place, look into it.. theres a resort called the king and prince which is wonderful.. located right on the water.. ur daughter would love playing there.. plus, the island has no foriegners its all americans from all over the country, so people would absolutely love hearing u guys talk.. please just look into it..

My favorite is Universal Studios - Islands of Adventure. There are a lot of really exciting rides there and such.
However, even though there are some neat things there for little children, I would moreso suggest Magic Kingdom for you and your family to visit on your trip!
Magic Kingdom has soo many child-friendly attractions and such, and it is a really really great place to go with your family.
There are 7 Distinct sections of this park, with a total of at least 25 rides and shows, with only about 5 of them not suitable for children of your daughter's age.
It is a place all of you can create lasting memories and have tons of fun together.
Best wishes!
(Also - I think you chose a pretty fair time to come to Florida - though it is still very warm toward the end of August, students here are starting to go back to school and the theme park attendence here is slowing - so it shouldn't be as crowded.)

Disneyworld is the greatest family vacation site. That is why so many people go there. A six year old girl will love all of Magic Kindom, plan a meal in the castle with princesses. In Toon Town the Judges Tent has a large variety of Characters to get Autographs and pictures. It will be a memory for life. MGM's Beauty and the Beast and Fantasmic or must for this age also.

Of course there Magic Kingdom but for young kids Epcot has some good kids stuff, and so does MGM Studios. Outside of Disney Seaworld is very nice also if you child likes marine life. They have a meal with Shamu. Also a lot of dolphin and whale shows. If you really want to venture out you also visit the beach area in St Pete and Tampa area. Also you have Bush Gardens in the Tampa area. I don't know much about the park since I haven't been there, but I hear it's nice.

nicely determine which you do no longer flow to downtown theres no longer something to confirm there. stay on the coastline section and the wealthy edge. like aventura, miami and south coastline. the branch shops that are great to vist: aventura and dolphin. yet an fairly massive mall is sawgrass you may flow there once you're solid with instructions cus its style of a few distance and not in miami dade county. different than department shops and a few museums the main excellent factors of interest are the golf equipment and eating.
