i want install VGA driver to computer running with XP Home?

you should have mentioned the VGA card name. or what sort of driver u looking for.

however, you can go to start-> control panel -> select system

then go to the select the hardware tab and hit Device manager.
right click on "display driver" and select update driver.

there u will have an option to search on the internet the proper driver.
