I have tried linking up to the internet several times using my bt connection on my psp, it keeps either failing to get IP address or it says there is a weak signal, can anyone explain in the most simple possible way, how I solve this problem?

Try going closer to your wireless router, select Internet browser and create a new connection. Type in the security details, WEP,WPA etc, if you have any and then continue.
It should now be able to go onto the Internet, it should say, connecting to access point and then obtaining the IP address before you get on.

I had the same problem with the IP ADDRESS.
When you create an account enter your IP ADDRESS that you should be able to find somewhere on the web.

The answer is within the question. You must acquire a stronger connection. Simply find a stronger hotspot, and try connecting again.
