Even if it were possible, it would be impractical. Each generation dies to make room for the next. There are already too many humans. Where would we put everyone if nobody died?

BOOOO!!! Those people who worry about overpopulation are such BUZZ killers!
So, lets say you could transplant ALL of the organs. And we had a colony of clones in a wherehouse somewhere just waiting to give you their organs. Could we live forever?
If your brain, and all it's memory are swiped away, would you still be you? Would you be the "you" in your body or would your "self" have died along with your tumor riddled brain that now melts in the trash can (and is really making an awful smell).
Now the clone's brain is living in your body, and tricking your gf to have sex with it. OH the dangers of immortality!

It might be possible some day with stem cells. It wouldn't work with transplants for reasons already mentioned.
But, stem cells could produce new cells to replace every old one in the body with new cells. Without stem cells, the cells that reproduce themselves now start to make mistakes and age until we die.
What would happen to the brain and a person's sense of self with totally new cells? I don't know.

Not all organs are suitable for transplants - e.g. bones, the brain, muscles.
Also, you'll need a source for those organs in the first place. Current technology means that would be another human being.

because no one has found a way to do a brain transplant AND a memory + personality transplant. If we could do that.. then it might be possible
