The only effective means requires the public to inform itself and organize, against the powerful few, to protect their interests and have a voice in the future. Ignorance and idle complaining will be ineffective weapons against the well organized and well financed elite. We are many and they are few, and we are exploited because of our ignorant submission.

.Very though question,that might take a generation and the elite has always shown a remarkable way of deluding and adapting to new circumstances when their power was threatened .
These suggestions might be a start.Outlaw ALL campaign contributions,level the playing field.Equal time for all candidates running in the media but no payed advertising.No lobbyist allowed.Abolish the current political parties.Parties are tools for corruption and are more about keeping themselves alive than about idea's ideals or what's best for a country or people
