Shouldn't we have had flying cars by now?

Humans have not evolved enough to keep from killing each other and you want them to have a flying car?

My god man, could imagine the destruction and mayhem if you took your average moron driver and put him/her in a vehicle 5000 feet up travelling at a couple hundred miles per hour?
That's why there's no flying car. And hopefully never will be.

Hold your horses pal , Chevrolet is already working on that. As a matter of fact they're comming out with a hover-vespa in August.

Marketing failure.
Besides-
If you can't pass a driving test, how could you get a pilots license?
