I can't speak for the Cherokee since I am not from them...however it's probably true of all Indian Nations that traditionally they did and still today do create their own regalia. People put A LOT of time and effort and heart into these things, so I have my doubts there is much that is 'authentic' that people would just make to sell like that.
Edit: If you do look around for photos of traditional dress and feel up to the challenge of trying to make it yourself, here is a site that supplies lots of items that may have some of what you need... http://www.crazycrow.com

Make contact with either TELEQUAH or QUALLA . Those are the 2 big cherokee rez. I'm sure you'll find someone who'll do it proper. They might want to know WHY you want it. Wish i could give you some names but I'm outa touch with them out that way.
Good luck.

Honestly you will either have to make it yourself or find photos of what you want a good leather seamstress.
These are spiritual items with very sacred meaning and I have never heard of someone selling one.

suggest you get photographs of what you want, then purchase the necessary items and make it yourself. suggest you smudge each item and yourself before working on this project. remember to make things of any culture or society with honor and a proper attitude.
