I want to display the item inside a listbox or listview control, when i just move the mouse pointer over the item.
Note: I don't want to diplay when i simply click it. I want to display whenever i move the pointer over an item.

Use a Mouse_Over event to trigger code that will do what you want...
P.S. It helps to know what language and application you are developing in.

These types of features are available when you use Flash's Actionscripting. Dreamweaver is a software where you can do such scripting without actually knowing actionscript. You just need to make it there and include the code in your page.
