Guyz i signed up for google adsense , i now need to create a website to host those ads!!! so plz guyz tell me where can i create a website free of cost!!
And can i host google ads in a .geocities.com instead of the .com domain????

You can't sign up for Adsense unless you have a valid website.
Most free hosting services do not allow Adsense.
Try Google Blogger. You can customise it to look just like a website:

buy a domain at godaddy.com
you will get a free hosting account with it.
it comes with ads though so you have to make sure that the ads on your site does not advertise the same things as the ads you host from google. thats also part of their terms and conditions.
About the geocities.com, i'm not sure... you should read the google terms to be sure
