No, we cannot because they do not have the ability to be nice to different people, only the disabled people CAN be nice. And this for the disabled people who are NOT mean because they have the ability to be nice to any other human being.

I would never be nice to a person with normal intelligence by the way he or she is acting.Why would we do that?

Don't you think most of us started out as normal? Then we became ingrained here and became WE? It's always best to remember where you came from. Being nice is easy.
