Does anyone know how to sew a cheerleading outfit?

i need to sew a cheerleading outfit for my dance showcase! please HELP

if you are looking for any kind of cheerleading outfit maybe you can find a pattern on the internet, or maybe Simplicity or Butterick have patterns at any store where you will find fabrics. Just look thru their pattern books. On the back of the patterns will say how much of what kind material you need. But if you see something else that might look like a cheerleading outfit if you change the colors or make it shorter then surely you can do that as well. Be sure to take your measurements before you go and check that with the size measurements on the pattern. I know there are things like pleated skirt patterns, long sleeve blouses and vests in there.
Remember that it will take lots of time to sew this. Maybe you can contact some school who orders cheerleading outfits for their cheerleaders and ask if there would be something readymade that you could buy. Or maybe you could borrow an outfit from a cheerleader.

Sweetie, you're in way over your head. Sewing is hard, but sewing so that you can wear the product to jump up and down in, that's really hard.
Call the cheerleading sponsor and see if she can recommend someone. Or else, and this may be expensive, go see the tailor.

Have you ever sewn before and do you have a pattern? If you haven't ever sewn before, your best bet may be to hire someone to make it for you. You can find names of sewers at your local fabric store. Be sure and ask for a recommendation!!
