when you get angry walk away, go do something you like that calms you, such as put on some headphones, or write, or take a long walk or even run. put your adrenaline to good use and don't confront that person until you are calm and if they make you angry again, walk away again and let it go. a situation isn't a situation until you make it one! Even is you have to run outside a scream at the sky, do what you have to do to calm down. I know sometimes the anger gets so bad you feel like you have to do something about it and your right, just not the things you have been doing!

Its normal every one of us feel that way sometimes ,you don't need consular or anything ,I struggled all my life .The first thing you should know is try to understand the person that made you angry ,its seems hard but its not because its enough for you to know how weak the human are ,all those things comes from weakness ,if you feel that way ,you will have sympathy with the person that make you angry, and you free .Never fear of yourself you will see how powerful you are.

When I'm angry I try to stay away from people cause I'm just like you. I definitely don't think its a good idea to stalk them lol. I recommend getting away from people until your anger calms to the point of control-ability. Buy a punching bag and beat on that when you get angry.

When i'm mad, i listen to the music i love the most, looking at photos of the people i love the most (my family) or thinking of funny things. But laughter is the best medicine, watch funny movies, talk to someone who can make you laugh.
You can try this one too : Look into a mirror and make funny faces. This one always works for me.

Hope this will help.

I think talking things out with a neutral party always works well. Sometimes I will talk to myself too, and do it in like my car and drive around (don't drive angry though!). Also too, just remind yourself to BREATHE. Whatever the fight is about, it's probably not the end of the world, right? Good luck.

One way to go about it is:

Sit down. Close your eyes. Count to 15 while inhaling and exhaling slowly. By the time you are done you have focused on your breathing forgetting about the reason why you are mad or who you are arguing with. It takes practice... Good luck :)

Listen!
no one can do the help but youself. really.
think it over. why we should get angry? for what?Does it worth ?
I don't koow what's on your mind, U know ,I'd ever got the alike situation as u do.
but just cool down when we're going to get angry! take a look at it to see does it worth .
----------------------it just my opinions!
U may keep yours, but I just to share it with u.
Life can be as wonderful as we except, it goes the same way when you think life is terrible.
take more time to care what means important to u. cause time would never back after it flew away!

Good question. I put on some heavy music like heavy metal, techno, etc. to calm me down and then I fantasize about (good) things. When I'm not able to listen to music at that moment I just think of other things.

Well, if you want to change your response to your anger, there are many ways. First, do some deep breathing. Take up Yoga, EFT, Reiki, Bach Flowers...

It is good that you want to change. The first step is the most dificult one. Keep moving.

I'm the same way, try to laugh at the situation. What really helps me is I try to think why I'm getting so mad.
