just imagine how the piston could take advantage of this opportunity cause it seem like they are missing key players that will take over the game

This is my buddy's team and I have been trying to tell him that Rasheed Wallace and Chris Webber are not mobile enuf in my opinion. They are subject to foul trouble when matched up against younger mobile guys. Rasheed is still key for the Pistons with his whinning @&&! When this guy comes to play he is still effective due to his ability to shoot for the post, midrange and from beyond the 3 point arc. I feel they are in need of another big guy who can produce some offense. The Pistons have an issue with scoring sometimes. If you take away Wallace, Jason Kidd nor Vince Carter could fill that void in the low post position. I am not feeling this exchange.

They will be just like the Pistons of the last 5 years: they'll make it to the Eastern Finals, take a 2-0 series lead, then blow it and lose in 6 games because Vince Carter decides he doesn't want to try anymore, 2 wins is good enough. This is what will kill the Pistons now instead of Rasheed inploding and picking up a million technicals and screaming at the refs and his coaches. Also, losing Sheed is losing the anchor of a defense that is one of the best of all-time, even without Ben Wallace.

Yeah the whole thing about Chauncey not fitting Nellie's system is really a two way street. Baron may not fit well with Detroit 's system either. Plus I think that both Rasheed and Chauncey is a bit much for Davis. I must say one thing it's obvious that Joe Dumars is abandoning the whole "Team basketball" idea and is going for one big superstar.

Ok, to tell you know, chauncey billups and vince carter both have expired contracts so until they get resigned there will be no trade, and if they choose to resign them they will not trade them, the whole reason to resign would to keep on the team, sorry man, won't happen

this a lost for the pistons. kidd is getting old and vince is the only good one. the pistons will loose a talented PF. the pistons already have hamilton, they dont need vince. billups(MR. BIG SHOT) is really talented.

I wouldn't make this trade because (1) I'd have to start hating Kidd and Carter for playing in Detroit, and (2) I don't really care where Ras-WEED winds up playing.

Hell no. The only players they need to get rid of are Rasheed and maybe C-Webb.
