How do I use a mac's applications remotely?

Question

I only want to buy 1 copy of CS3 and other expensive apps.
I would have a mac desktop running at home and want to be able to connect via internet, remotely, and use the applications on a Macbook.

Sounds ike a great idea, until you use it, even if you can which I doubt it very much, the speed over the internet will soon put a stop to your idea.
