The Clippers. They tease you with a good season by making it into the second round of the playoffs, then they have a horrible season. After the horrible season in which they miss the playoffs and have a losing record they decide to RAISE ticket prices for their fans.
How can you RAISE prices after a losing season?

I think that Memphis is not the worst team because they had alot of injuries and they have two really good players in Gasol and Miller. A whole bunch of their losses in 2006-07 were by 4 points or less. The worst teams has to be Boston because they lack any talent at all besides the very talented Paul Pierce. Al Jefferson is a decent rebounder and scorer. The Celtics lack a center who can dominate the paint and give Pierce good looks at the basket. All any defense has to do against Boston is double team Pierce and hope his teammates miss their open shots, which they usually will which is why the Celts lost 58 games. Sure Memphis lost 60 games, but the Grizz were a playoff team the season before, they just had a bunch of costly injuries and lost many close ones. Both teams were pretty bad, so were the Knicks!

Worst team in the NBA is the Memphis Grizzlies. Not far behind are the Boston Celtics. The Celtics only get second worst because they have tradition and a fan base. The Grizzlies will be poor for the next couple of years. I am in Phoenix and i feel sorry for our assistant coach, Mark Ivaroni who just left here to become the head coach. Whats funny is the ex Celtic GM just became the Grizzlies GM after Jerry West left. Even worse is that they did not get the lottery picks as the percentages should have given them. Memphis fans should just root for the NCAA Tigers as it is going to be some long years in the NBA for them.

That's a toughie, but I would nominate the Celtics, the Grizzlies, and the Hornets as being the current cellar dwellers.
The NBA gives the weak teams a lot of help in the draft lottery, and good coaching and recruiting can change a team around in a few years. The reason the Spurs stay strong is because they recruit both starters and a bench. Most weaker NBA teams ignore their bench.

The Milwaukee Bucks. None of the player on the roster really jumps out at you. Michael Redd is a good player built in the Reggie Miller mode but he is no superstar. Most of the players on that team can be labeled vastly underrated and underachievers because the team is lottery bound every year. Til this day, they still faith to prove to anyone that they are better than they're given credit for.

Charlotte Bobcats. They have nothing. They were put in as an expansion team, and lets face it, they haven't really expanded the NBA. When I think of bobcats, I think of "easy win"

Has to be the Bobcats. The Bobcats are a young team but they just don't have good players in their team.

Memphis without a doubt. Their defense is the equal to that of a 7th grade basketball team.
