My aunts' home had a room in it where two glowing human shaped silhouettes could be seen on a regular basis & the temp in that room was always quite chilly. I'd say that qualified as haunted.........

If there is an old house the silhouettes can be just shadows or lights effects.

No, I'd say your imagining things. I see silhouettes in my house all the time, but I won't worry about it unless they start talking to me, or start moving my furniture around. lol : )
