Surprisingly I am going to say The Twins. The Tigers will be good (as will Cleveland)...but you cant discount The Twins. They still could make this a very interesting race.
btw, I LOVE YOUR SCREEN NAME! IT IS SO AWESOME!!!

No question...Cleveland.
Travis Hafner has been hitting like absolute crap (.236/7/39), and two of their best starters (Cliff Lee and Jake Westbrook) have had long stints on the DL. For them to be even close to the Tigers right now is crazy the way the Tigers have had career years up to this point from Maglio, Sheffield (@ 39 years old!), Polanco, Verlander, and Guillen.
When their staff has a few days off at the allstar break and Hafners bat comes around...Watch Out!

I think the team will come out of either the AL Central or the NL West. I could possibly see it being the Tigers or possible the Diamondbacks. Thats if everyone can stay healthy. Both teams are kinda streaky. They win 5 here lose 3 there then win 4 lose 6 and so forth. But They could just reel off a couple of 10 game win streaks and then be sitting pretty.

It always seems to be them. But the Tigers seem like a good pick since they're out seeking vengence from the World Series last year.

I think the Tigers are the best team now, if their young pitching can hold up, they will be the best team for the rest of the season.

I'm gonna have to agree with you about the Tigers. Kenny Rogers was lights out tonight, Pudge is hitting again, and when the bullpen gets healthy...they're looking good. Real good.
Watch out for Anaheim, though.

I'm thinking the Yankees are gonna make a run at it after the Allstar break. They could acquire another Arm from somewhere and with their lineup....you never know.

Definately the yankees. They had a really bad stretch a few weeks ago, but they are slowly beginning to get their injured players (or should i say pitchers) back and in full force, and theyre beginning to really turn things around
