That leaves the Iraq's with 20% and the American taxpayer with 0. Hmmmmm I guess the taxpayers won't be getting any reimbursement and the oil companies will make out like bandits. I wonder how long GW will be out of office before he gets his big pay day, I bet that first year of speeches is gonna be a dousy.

It's worse than that. They won't be getting the oil. They'll actually own the oil fields!!
They'll be selling the oil worldwide, no favoritism toward the U.S. Also, most of the Oil companies are not U.S. companies and won't be paying taxes to this country.
U.S. investors in oil companies, including foreign oil companies, will multiply their wealth while we bury our war dead. This agreement will so infuriate the Arab world that acts of terror against us will increase dramatically.

Well, considering the taxes we collect on oil companies and oil products...
On the other hand, if the water companies got it, we would just have poluted water.
